Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: The Network Security engineer principal role is to lead initiatives to implement and maintain Cyber security architecture onto the Oil & Gas sector. Complying to network security guideline specifications, design approach and documents for project implementation. Supporting the activities of the multinational engineering team with the project manager. Qualification and Experience : Engineering in Computer Science or a related subject. Minimum Ten (10) years of mandatory experience in OT Cyber security & Familiar with Yokogawa DCS. One of the following certifications are mandatory & must remain valid. GICSP – Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional. CSSA – Certified SCADA Security Architect. CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Proven hands-on system & network engineering experience in the process control domain. Excellent communication and documentation skills to lead the project. MCSE, VMWare & CCNP certified. Competencies & Skills: Endpoint Protection: McAfee ePO suite, ENS, & Application Control (Whitelisting). Microsoft Platform: Active Directory Services, Group Policy. Windows patch management. Network Monitoring System. Backup & Recovery: Symantec/Veritas Backup Exec & SSR, Acronis etc. Familiar with bare metal backup & recovery. SAN, LTO Tape library setup. Virtualization: VMWare ESXi, Hyper-V, Shared Storage Services, high availability. Server Hardware: HP, Dell, SAN, Tape Library. Switching & Firewalls: Segmentation using Cisco Firepower, Juniper, Palo Alto & FortiGate Firewalls. Cisco Switching and Routing experience. System Hardening & Vulnerability Management. Knowledge of security frameworks such as: IEC/ISA 62443, NIST. Good documentation skills with MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Capability in conducting business in English both in speaking and writing. Ability to manage a team of engineers.
