Your Role – Global, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
- The Business development activities to build-up and grow the Mechanical Services business include:
- Define Portfolios for Region Middle-East-Asia region through selection of proven success Portfolio in other regions (USA) in close alignment with the Head Sales - Mechanical Services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party service providers: for retrofit, spare part business and the execution of on-site service executed by 3rd party service providers through sub-contacting
- Develop business plans with local country/branch heads incl. allocation/hiring of headcount to ensure sufficient HC and the right competences to drive the business
- Define a standardized OPS process for RMA leveraging on Global standards
- Execution of Digital Services by Siemens, leveraging on the site infrastructure DSC and execute 3rd party service providers through sub-contacting
- Offer Operations guidance to OPS people in the countries
- Support in the hiring and allocation procedure of OPS persons
- Support the local Sales organizations by reviewing tender documents, making Bid or no Bid decisions, conduct estimations and calculations and review those to mitigate risks
- Support the overall execution phase from order booking to invoicing the customer
- Selection procedure of local 3rd party service providers
Knowledge and Experience
- You offer extensive practical experience in the Mechanical Service market
- In the past, you established strong relationships with key market players
- Technical, commercial and management knowledge and experience is something we expect
- Willingness to travel up to 60% is important to strengthen your regional networks
