We are looking for Finance and Accounting Manager to join our fast growing team, this position will be the main point of contact within the finance and accounting domain, you will be working with accountants, Cxo's and various stakeholders in a high growth and fast moving industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in working in a similar setting with an e-commerce company within GCC.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage day to day accounting and finance activities.
- Own cross-functional commercial processes and financial results.
- Prepare and analyze monthly finance and management reports.
- Manage initiatives across all lines of spends and build trackers and tools to monitor and control spends vs budget allocated for different functions and projects.
- Own financial automation projects and ensure delivery through coordination with commercial and IT functions.
- Coordinate with Group Finance teams for monthly reporting, consolidation, tax and auditing activities.
- Support continuous improvement of current budgeting, forecasting and planning process and deliverables.
- Support CEO in Strategy planning & alignment exercises to refine and bring strategic focus on key and high-impact initiatives, challenge assumptions etc.
- Create business cases and financial models for operations and new business initiatives supported by data and analytics.
What You Should Already Have
- Relevant Master's education background, especially MBA, Strategy, Management, Economics, Finance or Computer Science / Engineering from a top-tier academic institution. BA in Finance/Accounting is a required.
- 10+ years of experience in professional environments specially working in central roles, with tech companies, e-commerce or management consulting firms.
- A passion for and demonstrated experience working with technology companies including internet, super app, and marketplace focused companies
- Comfortable with continuous engagement with C-level and Senior Leadership
- Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) - comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong team-play, comfortable with cross-team collaboration
- Strong bias for action and exceptional Owner mindset
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
