JOB SUMMARY:

Echo Technologist is responsible for performing full Adult Echocardiograms, with or without contrast, assist in Transesophageal Echocardiogram, Dobutamine stress echo, and bubble test Echocardiogram. Technologists should be able to perform 2 Dimensional and 3 Dimensional Echocardiogram, M-mode, Pulse, and Continuous Wave Doppler, Tissue Doppler Imaging, Color flow Doppler, color flow mapping of cardiac and vascular structures and different cardiac strains and measurements. Technologist must have an excellent knowledge of heart anatomy, physiology, anomalies and pathologies

EDUCATION ANLICENSURE:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, ultrasound technology, radiology science or its equivalent.
Valid Registration in Saudi Council for Health Specialties.
Current Valid Certification of Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtaining these within 6 months of commencement of employment.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Non Saudi a minimum of two (2) years post qualification in as Echocardiography Technologist.

PREFERRED:

For Saudi preferred experience in the same filed.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Fluent in oral and written English and Arabic.
Excellent computer skills.
