As a result of growing business and a growing market in the region we are looking to expand our Sales/Delivery Engineering team in our Saudi Arabia operation. In this position you will be a crucial part in the team that is responsible for delivery activities and work closely to the Sales teams as well as R&D and Services departments within the company. Responsibilities:
- You will work in the sales engineering and delivery team and work closely with the account managers and engineering team on project delivery.
- You are expected to effectively acquire a deep knowledge about Aptilo's product capabilities and have the ability to execute and deliver projects activities as well as design appropriate service solutions.
- You will be a technical expert and consultant that will support the operation and delivery process within an account.
Job Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in software engineering, applied mathematics or computer science.
- 3-6 years of experience in similar positions.
- Ability to function with minimal instructions or supervision, or as a part of global team as delivery engineer reporting to formal project management or acting as one.
- Positive attitude, willing to work in cross functional teams that cover technical sales, operations, support and services.
- Experience working with MNO or similar environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing and internetworking concepts.
- Knowledge of protocols such as RADIUS, DIAMETER, or LDAP.
- Experience with programming and/or scripting, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, SQL databases.
- Hands-on experience in Linux system administration practices and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in Wi-Fi, , Mobile Core networks is desired.
- Active CCNA or related networking certifications is a plus, but not required.
Location: Saudi Arabia
A local partner based in Saudi Arabia will take care of the employment contract, payroll and benefits, as well as work permit and visa.
