Summary of the Role

 

To handle customer service-related activities which includes order communication with external and internal customer along with dispatch & related activities of finished goods within Middle East region.

 

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:  

 

  • To Process customer orders for the region and be focal point for order processing
  • Interface & facilitate between various source locations, SCM, Sales & Customers.
  • To ensure commercial/Local documents are issued in timely manner to fulfil regional customer orders.  
  • Major coordinator between the Commercial team and the business units to receive constant updates throughout the execution process.
  • Ensure the logistics chain [finished goods dispatch, raising invoice, LR to transporter etc.] and related documentation of the finished goods.
  • Respond to customer queries – product /availability related
  • Serve as point of contact for handling Customer grievances & Complaints.
  • Work on and implement new processes to improve efficiency & effectiveness of Customer Service function.
  • Create avenues for cost control with a focus on process re-engineering.
  • Master Data management/ Handling

 

REQUIREMENTS (education, experience and competencies):

Education / Certification:

 

  • Bachelors or higher degree in supply chain, logistics business admin or any product supply related degree.

 

Experience and Skills:  

 

  • 5-7 Year in Customer service/ Sales coordination /supply chain roles
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results Driven
  • Competent use of PC, must be good at MS Excel
  • Strategic thinking & Innovative approach
  • Previous working exposure to SAP systems.
