Job Description:
We are looking for an experience Recruitment Lead to join our rapidly expanding business. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help scale up the business and have a big impact in the Human Resources Department.

Responsibilities:
- Support in developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Ensure that the processes in place are adequately streamlined to fulfill all the staffing needs efficiently.
- Conduct in depth analysis on the selection process and use the insights to make periodic improvements to the process in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Provide sound analysis and advice to business heads on the selection process.
- Ensure adequate sourcing is performed to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Oversee all candidate communication.
- Plan and ensure recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) are conducted on time.
- Ensure targets of all roles are met, in terms of time and headcount.
- Oversee partnerships with recruitment agencies, job sites, and reputed colleges for campus placement.
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other relevant events to increase the candidate pool size.
- Manage paid advertisements and related budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience. Guide interviewers on improving their interviewing styles wherever required.
- Prepare hiring dashboards, pipeline reports and communicate to the leadership team regularly.
- Assist with other HR activities as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience; at least 1 year of recruitment experience in a blue-chip company.
- Experience with Graduate and/or technical recruitment
- Individuals with experience of niche hiring preferred
- Exposure to dashboarding and reporting is not mandatory, but will be preferred
- Detail Orientated and thorough individual
- Ability to relocate
