With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Team in Doha as a Lead Cargo Contracts Officer.
The role will be responsible to review, manage, and administer cargo contracts throughout the network. This will also include assisting stakeholders with drafting, reviewing, and analyzing routine contracts whilst facilitating the overall contract execution process.
Some of the tasks in relation to Cargo department include:
- Administration of contracts, coordinate the renewals, amendments and signature process.
- Support formulation and evaluation of procurement process and facilitate the GSA appointment process, especially pertaining to contractual matters.
- Maintain and manage contract database and ensure all contracts are up-to-date and that terms as per the company policy and procedures.
- Assist in contract disputes and settlements in liaison with Proponents, Finance and Group Legal Departments.
- Demonstrate leadership by approaching all tasks in line with team and department objectives.
- Provide relevant support to stakeholders using initiative and a “customer service” approach.

Qualifications
About you
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of operational or commercial experience within the airline or air freight industry
- Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven senior influencing and relationship management skills to balance and manage diverse stakeholder interests
- Good attention to details with efficient time management and prioritization skills
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and administration
