 You will be responsible for the Assembly and Paint department, the Stores department as well as the manufacturing engineering department (25 persons).

You will be responsible for achieving monthly targets and ensure that customer satisfaction is accomplished through planned execution of work in progress.
You will also be accountable for the Dubai Plant engineering capabilities and ensuring alignment with customer/market requirements and internal manufacturing standards.

You will facilitate the renewal of adequate plant certification through collaboration with Quality initiatives and be responsible of Inventory accuracy in Plant and ensuring cycle count performance up to expectations.

What will be my primary responsibilities in this role:

 

• Responsible for production on a monthly, weekly and daily basis
• Manage the incoming goods process
• Manage the kitting process to feed the assembly lines
• Ensure technical capabilities are available in the teams through proper training, inter-department flexibility and other formalized certifications
• Ensure HSE and 5S+1 targets in shopfloor across stores, assembly and paint shop areas
• Ensure adequate execution capacity in line with projected load
• Support the Oracle recovery performance and System knowledge across the teams
• Ensure Engineering initiatives support customer and HSE requirements
• Coordinate casualties’ management activities in order to achieve fastest recovery for customer satisfaction
• Propose and coordinate a CAPEX plan for Dubai plant
• Strongly support Budget and POR process each month to reach Sales targets

What do I need to be considered for this role?

 

Mechanical Engineering degree

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineer to Order manufacturing environment

Technical expertise/exposure on control valves

Health & Safety

We are currently looking for technically competent & performance driven Service Advisor to work with our Toyota & Lexus brands in Ajman.  Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop; they are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.

It is the responsibility of the Service Advisor to ensure the condition of the vehicle is thoroughly checked and discrepancies noted and communicated to customers. You will record any customer requests and ensure proper delivery of the vehicle.  You will clearly communicate to the customer the jobs carried out. You will qualify and confirm customer complaints and provide advice about vehicle repair, repair duration and warranty. You will ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals and negotiations alongside achieving monthly financial targets set for labour hours, parts and other sales.

 

About You:
The ideal candidates will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
• A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role
• Able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
