 Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends and to identify event opportunities and generate interest;
• Work with Business Units on marketing/promotion products - branding, slogan;
• Design logo/brand and marketing collaterals;
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaign;
• Develop and create collaterals to promote Milaha brand and its products and services including brochures, customer newsletters, animation videos, ...etc.;
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's brand and its products and services;
• Identify media outlets for campaigns;
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns;
• Manage the advertising agency and other vendors;
• Measure success of various marketing campaigns and Conduct pre- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes;
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand;
• Develop and execute brand management plans;
• Ensure appropriate branding for all events and collateral;
• Be the brand custodian and responsible for Milaha's brand internally and externally;
• Enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications;
• Drive / support growth in brand awareness, recognition and loyalty across business units;
• Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
• Perform any other Job-related functions as assigned
 

Qualifications

 Education & Professional Qualification:
- BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent

Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years marketing specialist or similar role

Geographic Experience:
- Local and international exposure

Computer Skills:
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Superior accuracy, attention to detail, creativity, time-management and organizational skills

Purpose


The QICC CEO and GCC General Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the operational, financial and legal affairs of QICC and for developing Nexans business in GCC sub area.


Areas of responsibility


  • Responsible for maintaining at all times a good relationship with the principal Shareholder of QICC and its representatives, and for ensuring that they are informed of Company affairs to their entire satisfaction.
  • Observe GCC market development and analyse customer needs with a short, medium and long term view, and prepare the company to cope with them
  • Support the strategic expansion of Nexans in the country through investment and acquisition
  • Facilitate and ensure co-operation between all Nexans units and/or functions in the same or in other Areas, and establish efficient processes and communication flows
  • Monitor and guide unit(s) performance against agreed targets and budgets
  • Mentor and review the performance of the GCC Executive Team
  • Manage the Executive Team to ensure all strategic objectives are met through its actions; ensure the resilience and depth of the Executive team and of senior management.
  • Develop human resources to ensure development for their own benefit and the benefit of the company, build a favourable climate for efficient work and for making Nexans a preferred employer on the local labour market, and implement all necessary actions to ensure career management and succession planning run smoothly.
  • Recommend remuneration and personal objectives for senior management
  • Define local company policies in the framework of Nexans group policies
  • Responsible for operational performance of factory in Messaieed, including productivity and efficiency improvement plans and other actions.
  • Maintain relationships with top management of major customers & suppliers
  • Represent the sub area business to Nexans group including area management, country managers and the Nexans Executive Committee
  • Promote the profile of the local Nexans business to local government, the community, industry, professional association and the media
  • Direct and oversee the implementation of all Nexans policies, authorisations and
    delegations
  • Make sure that the company abides by the law. Ensure that all statutory and secretarial duties are fully complied with.

  • Continuing sales / market share growth in the domestic market, and compliance with export targets set for the sub-area.
  • Development and smooth operating of the factory
  • Developing company structure and identity: setting up efficient and resilient management structure, and fostering staff motivation

Your new role, what's involved?

  • Coordinate with the client’s internal stakeholders
  • Manage the development of the initial asset briefs and the efforts of the various consultancies engaged to carry
    out the design of the assets and infrastructure required
  • Lead the coordination of the Consultants designs
    Ensure that the designs develop correctly and that the required information is produced in a timely manner to enable construction.
  • Monitor the design and ensure that the client’s aspirations are achieved and
    Responsible for ensuring that all design protocols are observed and that the necessary information is produced and
    supplied

  • A Bachelor’s of Architecture, or a related subject
  • Preferably 8+ years’ experience in Architecture and Design with a background on

Should be responsible for maintaining smooth operation of supply centre with best quality product, timely deliveries with cost efficiency. Should also be responsible for quality systems & process improvements for manufacturing line of top works, customer inspections & satisfaction, supplier assessments etc. 

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Management of the Supply Center functions according to the annual plans 
  •  Production of valves topworked assemblies and manufacturing, instrumentation engineering, order-handling and forwarding, customers documentation, quality control and quality assurance, purchasing 
  • Support to the Supply Center’s growth, developing processes, procedures and Personnel skills

  • Set for subordinates training and conducting an analysis of their needs in order to promote professional development. 
  • Reports, Key Performance Indicators and costs efficiency  
  • Development of the manufacturing concept Assembly-To-Order

  • Production capacity and inventory management 
  • Participation to the implementation of the new ERP system 
  • Co-operation with Flow Control Component Factories and Supply Centers network globally

    RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY 
  • Owns the responsibility and authority to ensure the timely execution of all the requirements by Management.

    QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE 
  • Mechanical Engineering degree with Management qualification + over 10 years of experience in the role described above is essential. (exp. In MNC is preferable) 
  • A high level of computer skills – ERP system, Excel, Word, Power Point 
  • Management experience
