Job Responsibilities: 

  • Identifies patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.

  • Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
  • Provide quality health and personal care services to patients in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
  • Identify, and manage as appropriate, treatment plans for patients at risk of developing chronic diseases. Provide health promotion to these patients to improve long term quality care (E.g. dietary advice, smoking cessation).
  • Work in partnership with patients to support appropriate decision making.
  • Liaise and support other members of the multi-disciplinary team and other agencies relating to patient care, maintaining good communication channels.
  • Assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate programmes to promote health and well-being.
  • Be aware of safe guarding policies, both local and national, and implement such policies should it become necessary.
  • Recognise and refer patients presenting with holistic health needs, including mental illness.
  • Assess clinical conditions, prioritise health problems and intervene appropriately, including initiation of effective emergency care.
  • Manage own patient caseload including the interpretation of test results and the ability to act upon these.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.  
  • DHA License (or Eligibility) as a Registered Nurse (mandatory)
  • BLS certification (mandatory) ACLS/PALS Certification preferred
  • Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
  • Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required.

 

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2+ years experience as a practicing RN in Operating Theater

As an experienced Clinical Research Associate, you could be looking to broaden your therapeutic, geographic or study exposure. This role is working in ourcore clinical site management function. The team works with multiple sponsors across a multitude of therapy areas and phases giving you the opportunity to improve and develop your experience. With strategic site relationship managers supporting you throughout your role this is a fantastic opportunity for you to embed yourself in the wider clinical operations team and work on ground-breaking new medicine development.

Responsibilities

Perform site selection (if applicable), initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and good clinical practice.

If applicable, may be accountable for supporting development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis. Work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.

Provide monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols, sites and therapeutic areas.

Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues.

Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to the proper conduct of the protocol and adherence to applicable regulations. Escalate quality issues as appropriate.

Manage the progress of assigned studies by tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, case report form (CRF) completion and submission, and data query generation and resolution. May support start-up phase.

Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports, generating follow-up letters and other required study documentation.

Build awareness of features and opportunities of study to site.

Collaborate and liaise with study team members for project execution support as appropriate.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Basic knowledge of, and skill in applying, applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e.,

Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines

Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge as provided in company training

Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and use of a laptop computer

Good written and verbal communication skills including

Good organizational and problem-solving skills

Effective time management skills

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Minimum Required Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent, 

At least 2 years of CRA experience of on-site monitoring visits,

Requires frequent travel to sites

Excellent command of Arabic and English language

Job Summary:

Customer support Agent is responsible for clients after sales technical support. He is responsible to ensure the proper functioning of all vehicles’ tracking systems by keeping continuous contact with the customers.

Major Responsibilities:

Checking and ensuring the units proper functionality on daily basis.

Reporting to the customers if any faulty unit is found.

Coordinating with the customers about the vehicles’ availability.

Liaising between the customer vehicles’ availability and the technicians’ schedules.

Arranging the schedules for the units Maintenance / Removals / Installations / Transfer.

Charging the customers for any chargeable activity by referring to the contract.

Managing the units’ assignment / deactivation on the system.

Ensuring the unit is reporting properly in case any new installation or unit transfer.

Reporting to the customer the work done report immediately after any activity done by the technician.

Troubleshoot the software issues reported by the customers.

Reporting to the software developers any related issues that cannot be solved by the customer support agent.

Configuring the units based on the installation requirements.

Troubleshoot the units in case any related issue.

Testing any new or existing hardware to meet a specific requirement.

Assisting the customers through the phone / Email / Face to face to clear any query.

Performing the training sessions to the existing or the new customers.

Reporting to the accounts team the chargeable activities done by the technicians.

Regularly visiting the customers to build and maintain a strong relationship.

Preparing a daily / weekly / Monthly report based on the work requirements and the tasks assignment.

Any other work-related task that may arise as per the HoD instructions.

 Skills required:

Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

Should have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize day to day operational activities.

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage installation Schedules and Technicians teams.
