You assist the director of engineering on all administrative, financial and operation aspects of the hotel Engineering department

Verify completion of all routine maintenance on public spaces, meeting rooms, ballrooms, outlets, back of the house spaces, and grounds

Verify completion of all repairs, replacement, and renovation projects to offices and employee work areas

Assist in hiring, training and development, supervision, and disciplining of all staff in the Engineering Department, such as duty engineers, plumber, painter, joiner and apprentice(s).

Your experience and skills include:

B.Eng Mechanical – Marine or higher

10 years minimum experience

5 Stars Hotel experience – pre opening experience is a plus and/or Facility Management Experience within Mixed use buildings, project handover experience is a plus

High risers experience is a Must   

GCC experience is a Must

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

The Senior Field Service Engineer provides post sale technical support for the UAE Armed Forces Communications Equipment.

Responsibilities:
