Engineering Shift Leader- Alwadi Hotel Doha
We are looking for a motivated shift leader to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise engineering heartists, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.
What you will be doing:
You will be ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
Assist in the supervision of the engineering team, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule.
Support in monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently and report any issues during the shift to management.
Your experience and skills include:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Confident problem-solver and a team player.
Previous experience in a similar role.
