Responsibilities:
• SLA and KPI management (Group standard).
• Quality HR financial metrics (Group and HBME standard).
• Operational effectiveness.
Skills:
• Support the regional HR Transformation deployment and be a key member of UAE/GCC Human Resource team.
• Provide guidance and support to resolving HR Financial issues to ensure an integrated HR Financial support model to the UAE/GCC and the Region.
• Co-ordination, in conjunction with the Regional Senior Manager, HR Business Planning and Finance of financial reporting requirements, such as P & L Cost Centre fulfillment. Making recommendations on improving operational financial efficiencies for UAE/GCC HR and Learning and Development.
