Commercial Head, Jubail, KSA

Responsibilities:

Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the Petrochemical plant.

To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts

To coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.

To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.

To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI’s are included in all Maintenance Contractors performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Finance

Minimum 8+years’ work related experience.

Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities. Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.

Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills

Proven leadership skills with large organizations

Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems

Strategic thinking, open to new ideas

An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
