Merchandising Executive, Doha, Qatar

Position Summary

 

The Merchandising Executive will be responsible to lead on all merchandising activities with the 3rd party merchandising agency and local sales/category teams.

 

A day in the life of a  Merchandising Executive

 

Ensure merchandising visits take place as per the route defined.

Ensure IDP is properly updated as per the month priorities.

Follow up on IDP implementation and adherence to the IDP plan.

Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams on IDP compliance, learning and actions needed to ensure BIC execution.

Coach and develop the 3rd part merchandising team through constant merchandising training and field visits coaching.

Follow up on OSA % and ensure relevant actions are taken by the relevant team to improve OSA.

Full BDA compliance by ensuring full visibility on BDA implementation, keep track of BDA compliance progress, ensure actions are taken by the relevant team.

Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon merchandising KPIs.

Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.

Bachelor’s degree.

Merchandising experience

Team player

Leadership and coaching skills;

Analytical skills.
