Job Summary

To manage JVCo. GRO related support services (Asharqia Chamber, Saudi Business Center, Qiwa, GOSI, ARAMCO ID Application at Ras Tanura, Muror / Tamm, Muqeem, Insurance Etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and able to manage Saudi Government Related (GRO) supports for ops team in area such as.

• • Business Related GRO Support: Asharqia Chamber, Saudi Business Center (Annual license renewal and compliance check)
  • HR Related GRO Support: Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Insurance Etc (Updating of HR related info)
  • Traffic Police Related GRO Support: Muror / Tamm (Liscense conversion / application and vehicle management)
• Ops related GRO Support: ARAMCO ID Application at Ras Tanura, Port gate pass application and issuance (Zawil)

• Good spoken & written English, Arabic and good interpersonal skills.
• Must possess good communications and engagement skills with Saudi Gov Bodies. (GRO)

Education

Diploma in Business Administration or Business Studies
