HR Assistant, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Noorka Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our human resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, and assisting in recruitment and administrative processes within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

Assist in managing attendance, leave records, and employee files.

Coordinate with various departments to support HR activities.

Help organize training sessions and employee engagement programs.

Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.

Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining confidential records.

Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in HR support or administrative roles.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor laws.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Ability to work independently and within a team

Problem-solving and coordination abilities
