Your role at TradeQuo:
We're seeking a Global Head of Marketing to join our team in Cyprus or Dubai. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across global markets.
What you will do:
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that supports business objectives and brand positioning.
Lead and mentor the global marketing team.
Spearhead digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
Optimize digital campaigns to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the impact of marketing activities.
Leverage data analytics to track marketing performance, ROI, and KPIs.
Define and refine the brand’s global messaging, ensuring consistency across all markets and channels.
Identify opportunities to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure localized marketing strategies are effective.
Work with product and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and market research.
What you will need to succeed:
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in FX or Financial Service Industry.
Experience managing international teams and scaling marketing efforts across multiple regions.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and data-driven marketing.
Experience optimizing user funnels and conversion rates.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, ad-serving tools (DART, Atlas), and A/B testing.
Background in fintech, iGaming, or high-growth industries is a plus.
You are based in Cyprus and can work onsite
