Employment: Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join our dynamic construction company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth in a competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and construction industry standards.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize working capital to support project demands.
- Implement and improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, taxation, and construction industry financial practices.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ethical approach to financial management.
