Main Responsibilities:
Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan.
Perform overhauls and repairs on assemblies on site and/or in workshops.
Interact professionally with customers during the work execution.
Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work.
Create the Service Work Reports.
Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines and site procedures.
Ensure that the work is executed according to QSHE guidelines and site procedures and policies.
Follow-up and report on the status of work orders to customers and/or internal stakeholders.
Continuously seek solutions according to best practices.
Requirements:
B.S.C Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering or equivalent educational background, not before 2008.
A relevant certificate or license is an advantage.
knowledge of Field Services QEHS guidelines.
Previous experience in Shaft Line Seal Equipment activities and Shaft Line alignment activities is highly recommended.
Very good command of English language skills, additional language is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally and overseas for
The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
