We are looking for a Risk Assurance and Data Protection Support to join our regional Legal & Compliance team, based at Dubai. The role requires to perform and monitor risk assurance activities as well as using critical and analytical skills to drive data mapping exercises.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Perform desktop monitoring of events and engagements of all functions
Regularly monitor expense reports on stakeholder expenses
Perform Risk Assessments including change control
Collaborate and perform audit readiness activities
Monitor a high level of data accuracy by effectively running/facilitating data mapping exercises
Automate foregoing activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required
2 to 3 years' experience in Risk Assurance and/or Data Protection is preferable
Previous experience within pharmaceuticals is a plus
Extensive knowledge and experience into SAP systems
Proficient with MS Office applications, with advanced and extensive experience in MS Excel
Business fluency in English in its written and oral form
Data-driven analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to accurately work with data and evaluate results is a must
Capable of organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
