The Role
Responsible for providing clients with the highest quality real estate services at maximum return and satisfaction. To liaise with existing and new Clients to gain agency agreements to lease their residential properties and source new opportunities via business development.
Key Responsibilities
Abiding by RERA and RICS business standards and codes of ethics, at all times
Full understanding of relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the lease of a property.
Understand local processes and the administration of completing leases (i.e. drafting of lease agreements, addendums, MOU, POA, DEWA etc)
Follow Company policies and procedures for office operation, listing and renting, contracts and reporting, etc.
Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard and maintain a high professional profile
Develop a thorough understanding of the real estate market in Bahrain.
Identify all real estate opportunities and recommend each to Line Manager
Develop own client database and referrals to compliment Savills systems
Achieve individual monthly lease targets as set by management.
Develop quality leasing materials to effectively rent properties to prospective clients.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for listings and renting properties, align with Line Manager to achieve them.
To actively maintain the company’s databases and property portals (i.e. Propspace, Property Finder) for loading of data in respect to client information, updates and details of viewings arranged etc
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports of listings and leasing progress
Build excellent working relationships with Clients and team
Networking with other professionals in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships
Develop professional relationships and contacts with all clients and ensure clients are fully satisfied with the service they receive from Savills
Network and identify business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping up to date with latest local and national property market information and laws
Attend all required training and self-improvement seminars.
Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Excellent communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English
Minimum 2 years leasing experience
Strong negotiation and selling skills, with confidence in presentation delivery
Exceptional communication skills
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Teams etc)
Driving licence holder and vehicle owner
Willing to work on weekends and evenings
Preferred qualification / experience but not essential:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Knowledge of the Bahrain property market
Proven record of achieving lease targets
Arabic speaker
