As the HR Manager in this role, you will be responsible for:
Manage day-to-day HR operations related to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee services, and other HR activities.
Leading hiring initiatives in Saudi Arabia and associated programs for graduates and interns.
Leading and continuously improving corporate onboarding program for newcomers.
Leading campus recruitment strategy, partnering with our target universities to secure the best talent.
Bringing creativity to own and lead the execution of P&G’s employer of choice branding across online platforms and in-person events, including partnering with internal and external stakeholders on P&G areas of impact.
Designing and delivery of internal and external employer of choice initiatives with a focus on employer branding, equality & inclusion, community impact, and sustainability, and ethics & compliance.
Understanding and delivering data insights to influence your internal and external partners and identify improvement areas to deliver the highest impact employer of choice.
Qualifications
0-2 years experience in Human Resources or any relevant experience
Minimum bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with relevant major such as Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development or any other relevant majors.
Outstanding interpersonal skills – effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
Collaboration skills – effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence the business
Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute vital activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
Fast learning agility – able to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment
Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
