What You'll Do

The Assistant Manager, L&D is responsible for supporting the rollout of Learning & Development projects as part of the Global Learning & Development team. In this role, the successful candidate will:

Be part of the L&D team to help Kitopians grow in their careers. 

Assist with all internal and external training-related inquiries or queries.

Create, design, and deliver training on various topics, with a focus on Soft Skills topics, in line with the overall L&D strategy

Explore and choose appropriate training methods per case based on training objectives and target audience.

Research and recommend modern training methods and platforms.

Gather insights from participants’ feedback to assess the effectiveness and provide suggestions to improve the overall training experience.

Maintain employee training records, updated curriculum database, and ensure active participation in various training programs.

Maintain and manage in-house training facilities and resources.

Collaborate with other departments to structure and deliver individual development plans for their team members.

Participate and support the creation of new development programs, from structure to delivery

Who Are We Looking For?

Hands-on experience managing a wide variety of L&D projects

Prior experience in training facilitation with various audiences (Frontliners, Support Functions, Senior Managers)

Personality assessment certification and/or previous experience preferred

Prior experience with instructional design is preferred.

Strong understanding of training needs and training delivery best practices.

Experience with e-learning and performance management platforms.

Strong communication skills, and ability to communicate efficiently with all levels

Proficiency in delivering visually appealing presentations. 

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Proficiency with Google Suite
