What will you do 

The Self Care Brand Manager AMET will be responsible for driving the Nicorette spike business and Regaine core business across AMET. This role involves the leadership of the brands strategic planning, development, and end-to-end execution of both short and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

 

·       Lead and execute Nicorette and Regaine short & long-term end-to-end strategies across the varied AMET markets

·       Lead the brand business planning process with excellence across the region

 Lead and develop local campaign ideas & assets rooted into deep locally relevant consumer insights.

·       Build a brand innovation pipeline leveraging global concepts as well as local insights

·       Build and harness the power of a cross functional team to align behind objectives and win within the market to deliver sales, share and profit targets.

·       Partner with regional and global partners to influence and build locally relevant strategies, innovation pipelines, and content

·       Lead cross functional brand teams to maximize growth and business impact

·       Drive active HCP engagement through the new professional omnichannel approach including the professional digital hub content and CRM strategy

·       Overall brand P&L management: STT, NTS, GP, BME, Brand contribution

Identify and scale best practice initiatives and content across the AMET cluster

·       Deep understanding of the diverse consumers by market by brand to flawlessly drive strategy and execution across

·       Build and establish effective partnerships with key external and internal business partners

·       Active member of the marketing team and company culture

Qualifications

 

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

 

·     Business or pharma relevant degree

·     5 years brand management experience (preferably in a pharma company/background)

·     Previous experience in relevant categories (OTC especially)

 

·     Experience and success leveraging global brands within a local market

·     Experience and excellence throughout the NPD process

·     Strong overall business & end-to-end marketing management experience

·     Exceptional financial & commercial acumen – proven ability to connect in-market dynamics with

financial implications and make decisions to drive business results

·     Strong analytical capability leading to data-driven decisions

·     Proven track record in developing digital-first integrated marketing campaigns resulting in driving  

category & brand consumption

·     Highly experienced in launching new products and commercial innovation with excellence

·     High ethical standards

·     Ability to master complexity

·     Ability to challenge the status quo, make the complex simple and communicate very clearly

·     Dedicated and results driven – brings new ideas to the table & holds others accountable

·     Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence

·     Have a high level of influencing and stakeholder management skills

·     Positive can-do attitude, a team player and relish in the autonomy of managing your own portfolio
