Description
To be a part of the Quantity budget along with Concept Mgr / Finance Mgr
To ensure quantity targets are met along with the desired margin
To ensure right kind of Stocks at the right time in all the shops
To ensure control over replenishment in warehouse via pull out
Ageing analysis and to take action against the slow moving items
To prioritize warehouse inventory movement - both for new launches and sales times
Control over transferring of merchandise within shops (depending on the slow moving / zero selling report which is done in line with concept comparison report)
To schedule merchandise depending on the various launches and within style (when and where to put how much Quantity - in shops)
Responsible for price revision keeping an eye over margin
Pricing during Sale time with ensuring the desired margin keeping in view the Discount Strategy
To coordinate with Retail for promotional pricing (like Bundle Offers etc)
To help concept manager in re-pricing/discount structures based on the merchandize/product flow feedback
To monitor and liaison between Buying, Shipment, warehouses and shops on product availability/ time schedule
To ideate and implement quality suggestions on Zero damage and wastages at shop level
To ensure receipt of claims from Suppliers on delivering defective/damaged products
To generate MIS reports with feedback on inventory management useful for concept manager / concept office/ territory management
