Description

Maintaining on-time delivery of outbound shipments by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies / procedures

Maintain a high level of outbound product and parts accuracy by coordinating with internal and external customers.

Maintain Just-in-time outbound for Internal transfer and proactively maintain product threshold with Internal and external customers.

Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning works; follow up on work results.

Maintain high level of inventory accuracy by audit and preventive actions.

Resolving customer issues aligned with any service failures that arise

Oversee daily activities of the team and provide guidance as needed.

Develop employee performance by appraising, coaching, and counseling

Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.

Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives.

Develop routine and ad-hoc demand related reports for management.

Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities.

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.

Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions


Requirements

5-6 years of experience in supply chain, or similar role.

Proven experience in FMCG Industry

Proven experience in managerial role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain, industrial engineering or any relevant field.

Strategic thinker-able to convert transformative ideas to practical solutions that deliver real results.

Teamwork – ability to collaborate in inter-company, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to meet objectives.

Results orientation - drives change across the company to deliver measurable results.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
