What’s the opportunity?


This role will be responsible for defining and implementing Swan’s marketing and growth programs. You will work directly with the CEO and take full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition programs. We need a highly strategic thinker who is also excited to execute unique campaigns that will allow the company to attract new customer segments and scale current channels.


Work in this role:


Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including subscriber acquisition and retention.

Develop a scalable growth strategy through our online channels while also evaluating other offline channels for Swan.

Own and efficiently managing the marketing budget, allocating spending and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while thinking long term and being resourceful.

Manage an existing team of 2-3 members and partner agencies.

Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time.

Manage monthly planning of social media, digital creatives, offline collaterals & mass media initiatives.

Manage the end-to-end funnel optimization from Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Revenue & Advocacy.

Lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaigns and channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robust optimization and A/B testing programs.

Partner with the product, engineering and data science to create differentiated solutions that leverage performance media and/or new innovations in marketing technology.

Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Relationship building with retail partners, media partners & other key players in the region to promote Swan organically.

Who you are:


Functional expertise. 10+ yrs of demonstrable experience of owning, developing and executing marketing plans, including targeted paid advertising – online and offline events – and content marketing. Growth marketing in a B2C startup for at least 2-3 years in the UAE/ Middle East is preferred.

Self-starter. Organized and self-motivated with the ability to define goals and prioritize your & your team’s work.

Analytical. You are comfortable with data and analytics, and you can clearly communicate your results and ideas.

Big picture. Growth at the company is holistic and expands far past just acquisition and performance marketing.

Brand-focused. We work hard to maintain a specific brand mission, this role needs to have that front of mind at all times.

Experimental. We are looking for non-traditional thinkers, tinkerers, testers, and artists.

Collaborative. Ability to communicate across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities.

Forward thinking. You don’t only rely on what worked in the past, you prefer to see around corners and plan for the future.
