Job Description
Responsibilities
1) Identifying new opportunities for data analysis across business units and convert them into potential implementations.
2) Bring structure to large quantities of data and make analysis possible, extract meaning from data to help improve decision making
3) Manage project timelines, quality deliverables, and provide timely updates on developments and issues raised to the stakeholders
4) Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business applications team and partner teams to design, develop and deploy right informations solutions.
5) Stay up to date with the latest tools and techniques in analytics
6) Design, develop and execute the required dashboards, analytical algorithms, techniques to address and solve business problems
7) Create metrics to evaluate performance of the solutions created, enhance capabilities to better performance metrics
8) Responsible for end to end process from data extraction, modelling, cleansing until Visualization with defined business KPIs
9) Responsible for Daily, Month end or regular activities w.r.t current dashboards and ensure they are up to date with minimal downtime.
10) Responsible for regular improvisations on the existing available reports, dashboards or as per business requests with required impact analysis.
11) Accountable for managing the ongoing dashboards, data extractions and ensuring the correctness of informations.
12) Maintaining the defined service levels for the vertical responsible for and ensuring the right communications and satisfaction levels with the stakeholders.
13) Adherence to the defined processes, documentations as required for change management
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Requirements
1) Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics
2) 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, analytical and data management tools with SQL proficiency.
4) Ability to understand problem statement & implement analytical solutions independently or with minimal supervision
5) An excellent problem solver with business acumen and get it done attitude
6) Experience in Data Visualization tools (Power BI), data warehouse, SAP BW/BO dashboards
