Job Description

Job purpose is to operate CNC Machines to produce machined components as per the Drawing with meeting the quality standards. Operator is Responsible for the Production / Output of the CNC Machine and provide desired output with repeatability and increased productivity with on time delivery to the customer as a primary focus.

Responsibilities:

1. Produce the output as per the specified norms fixed by Shift supervisor

2. Maintain and upkeep of the CNC Machine

3. Maintain Inspection report of the machined component

4. Dual machine operation - One Operator manning 2 machines in a shift

5. De burring of the machined component

6. Maintenance of Daily /preventive check list for the machine .

7. Follow the process sheet of the component .

8. Follow all safety procedures in the shop floor .

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Qualification, Skills & Experience:

ITI Qualification

Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years on a CNC Machines - CNC Vertical Turning Center (CNC VTL ) and CNC Horizontal Turning Center ( CNC HTC)

Skills - Machine drawing interpretation , CNC Programming (FANUC Controls) and Part setting knowledge ,Basic Inspection skills .

Language - Read / Write -English
