What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for Lead Backend Developers having 7-9 yrs of experience in Node.js and MongoDB. You will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. The role gives an opportunity to take tech leadership and make a real business impact through product/features developed to scale.
Work in this role:
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers in angular.js with server-side logic.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Integration to NoSQL data storage solutions such as MongoDB etc.
• Application deployment and monitoring in Paas servers such as Heroku & AWS
• The role comprises of individual contributor i.e. hands-on development (80%) and team mentoring/guidance (20%).
Who you are:
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.
• Proficient in microservice architecture.
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Experience working with NoSQL data storage solutions such as MongoDB etc.
• Experience in deploying the applications in Paas servers such as Heroku etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as Angular and CSS.
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance.
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
