About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee to join Human Resources Department in Jumeirah Al Naseem.


Main Duties:


Responsible for dealing with all colleague queries and telephone calls that come through the office and direct them to the relevant HR colleague.

To handle planning of colleague engagement events.

To update colleague records on internal HR Management system.

To communicate internal policies and procedures to the colleagues via established communication channels.

To assist in Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding processes.

To update all departments (coordinators and line manager) with latest information of new joiners.

To prepare, organise and deliver the Human Resources induction for the new joiners.

To handle confidential matters and information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.

 

 

About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


Hotel school fresh graduate or last year student

Previous internship experience in luxury hotels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Design application knowledge (i.e., Canva) - preferable
