About the People & Culture team
Grant Thornton UAE’s People & Culture team is dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace where top talent thrives through dynamic recruitment, innovative engagement, and continuous development, driving success for our people and clients.
As Senior Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Drive talent development and enhance rewards structures across teams and offices
Lead a performance management process that aligns goals, fosters continuous feedback, and promotes excellence
Manage performance reviews, career planning, and implement new competency frameworks
Advise and coach managers on performance, compensation, and rewards, ensuring consistent practices
Analyse workforce metrics to recommend improvements in compensation, performance, and rewards
Partner with L&D to create impactful training programs for managers and employees

8+ years of experience leading performance management and training initiatives, ideally in professional services
Expertise in HR operations, administration, and current HR practices, with a proven track record in medium/large organizations
Strong ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels and backgrounds
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a demonstrated sense of urgency and adaptability
Highly organized, skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and capable of meeting multiple deadlines
Passionate about fostering collaboration and creating an environment where people thrive
Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
