Job Purpose
To provide account administration and support to the Platinum Benefits team. Develop a detailed understanding of the Customer Journey with a focus on providing meaningful customer insights and analytics. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to support continuous customer service engagements through content / account management and enhance customer engagement for the department.
Job Outline:
Be the main point of contact between vendors, the Platinum Programme Team and the Crew Committee ensuring all registration, budgeting and event processes are followed.
Support the budget forecasting and financial reporting by keeping an accurate record of the expenses associated with the program and ensure that the Programme Manager is updated on the current, expected and remaining budget. Prepare forecasts and possible unexpected charges and keep the file up to date.
Communicate with the Programme Manager and Specialist on any upcoming contracts that are due to expire and propose renewals based on usage and popularity.
Liaise with the Crew Committee members to ensure all social events and partners are registered as suppliers by following the agreed registration process in place. Support the Committee members with process of events, including invoices and manual registration when needed. Handle meeting arrangements, claims, minutes and other admin support to ensure the smooth processing and running of the programme.
Coordinate with the Platinum Programme Specialist to prepare and update all content for the official website such as event advertisement, vendor discounts and special offers ensuring all messaging is relevant and engaging. Ensure accurate imaging and copy artwork is uploaded. Keep track of any feedback or questions received with regards to this platform and manage any website issues, outages or bugs with the website supplier.
Publish social media posts related to specific events as per agreed guidelines. Ensure the artwork and copy is reviewed by the Platinum Program Specialist and make suggestions as and when needed. Keep track of any feedback or questions received with regards to this platform.
Provide customer support and assistance via all applicable channels. Ensure all member queries are addressed in a professional manner within the agreed time frame and as per the guidelines in place and all records of these conversations are kept in the mailbox for tracking and quality purposes.
Support the department by organizing the Monthly Committee meeting and managing all the logistics related to it. Make notes and share the requests between the Committee members and the Platinum Team.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience:
5+ Years Administration or Human Resources
Qualifications:
12 Years schooling or equivalent :
Knowledge/skills:
- Experience in Product Management or Partnership Account Management preferred
- Customer Relationship management is essential
- Proven ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and proficient in use of various Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge in P&L would be an advantage
