Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

BASIC PURPOSE

The position is responsible for Managing the teams that are responsible for entails representing Beckman Coulter, Radiometer, Leica Biosystems, and Cepheid items to NUPCO. Responsibilities include registering OPCO items, enhancing communication through a unified channel, and conducting weekly visits to NUPCO. Additionally, tasks involve overseeing post-award issues, monitoring deliveries of awarded items, ensuring timely issuance of goods receipt (GR) invoices, managing challenges encountered during the delivery cycle, coordinating departmental meetings with relevant stakeholders at NUPCO, minimizing organizational risk, and reviewing NUPCO penalties for validity and appropriateness.

Some Travel required approx. 20%

Product Line

Diagnostics: Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Microbiology, IRIS, Molecular, point of care as well as Histopathology businesses.

    Leading and guiding a specialized team to represent the organization effectively before NUPCO.
    Streamlining communication channels with NUPCO for efficiency and a positive image.
    Establishing and supervising task delegation for prompt response to NUPCO.
    Managing challenges related to NUPCO's significant sales contribution.
    Collaborating on platform development and training alignment.
    Prioritize shipments and deliveries to minimize customer complaints and maintain strong relationships with NUPCO's logistics team.
    Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to enhance overall productivity and employee loyalty.
    Coordinate departmental meetings with NUPCO.
    Establishing a master file for comprehensive monitoring and comparison of awarded items with NUPCO's records, enabling timely identification and rectification of discrepancies.
    Developing processes for prompt issue resolution.
    Collaborating with the registration team to address any post-award issues arising, such as discontinued production or catalog number changes.
    minimizing organizational risk through proactive communication with NUPCO.
    Work on registering all OPCO items in NUPCO platforms and accelerating their transfer from channel partner to Danaher’s new CR.
    If the GR invoice has not been issued within a maximum of two weeks after the delivery of the items, will raise the ticket and follow up with the concerned at NUPCO to have the GR issued.
    Conducting a thorough review of the penalties issued by NUPCO to ascertain their validity and appropriateness, and subsequently evaluating NUPCO's processes and procedures.
    Assist the Finance team with collection-related issues. He has full knowledge of tender portals such as:
        SUS
        SRM
        ASN
    Develop strong customer relationships & partnerships with key decision-makers in the contracts/tender department of the major accounts and identify key opportunities, to ensure. business directions are aligned & that Beckman Coulter is the partner of choice.
     

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Knowledge / Competencies and Behavior
 

    Previous experience in an Admin-related environment.
    Good verbal and written communication skills.
    Familiarity with MS Office tools.
    Preferably a Saudi.
    College degree and above.
    Previous experience in managing SGH and/or Tender business.
    Robust understanding of the tender process, from evaluation to award.
    Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
    Ability to work closely with the different stakeholders.
    Must be able to work flexibly to ensure submissions meet critical deadlines.
    He has a good relationship with Customers, and he can build a relationship with customers.
    He knows about working with the Oracle R12 system.

Associate Product Manager, Respiratory-GenMed.

An exciting opportunity as presented for a dynamic Associate Brand Manager to bring value to our Respiratory portfolio. This role is a driving force for the organization and will be accountable for jointly creating and implementing the operational plan of Respiratory GenMed portfolio based on the brand strategy. You will work closely with the respiratory marketing manager on setting the strategy, executing the operational plan, and with the broader commercial team (including sales) and the cross-functional team of Medical, CTC, Market Access, Omnichannel, Selling Excellence and other supporting functions to ensure we meet performance ambitions within a highly competitive market environment.

Respiratory is an extremely important for GSK as one of the main growth drivers. It is dynamic and competitive therapy area where GSK is offering a portfolio set to positively help Asthma and COPD patients.

Job Purpose:

Plan and execute the respiratory brand activities and the strategic operational plan to achieve commercial brand success with focusing on external interactions to collect robust insights.

Key Responsibilities:

    Spend 50% of time in the field for maximum customer engagement and insight generation.
    Unlock the business opportunities and demonstrate a growth mindset and vision of 2-4 years as well as long range forecasting.
    Collaborate with local medical, market access, Omnichannel team, and sales teams for effective HCP engagement.
    Engage with external experts and key groups for deep customer insights and responsiveness to customer needs.
    Work cross-functionally to provide regular market and customer insights.
    Ensure optimal implementation of the operational Plans and orchestrate all activities that have been implemented at the customer level to ensure end-to-end brand management.
    Manage local congresses and GSK led events, both digital and face-to-face.
    Execute global integrated campaigns flawlessly, customizing them to address customer personas and segments, including both face-to-face and digital components.
    Collaborate with Selling Excellence for team readiness and conduct field force training on strategy and product knowledge.
    Ensure resources allocation is in line with the decided priorities.
    Work closely with relevant cross functional teams, Market access, CTC and sales force, to prepare and execute the access to ensure timely patients' access to GSK's medications.

Knowledge and Application:

    Coordinate the local approval process for promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to monthly cycle deadlines and conducting business in accordance with GSK internal policies and country-specific regulations.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing techniques, selling skills, and compliance frameworks to effectively support the measurement of tools and gain approvals within the appropriate governance framework.
    Possess knowledge of internal metrics and stakeholders to identify the appropriate individuals involved in decision-making processes for delivering operational plans.

    Effective problem-solving skills are essential for leading the successful implementation of the operational plan.
    The role also involves drawing connections between innovative approaches, customer shifts, utilizing knowledge of existing tools and platforms to ensure their relevance and keep them updated.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, medical, regulatory, and others to lead and influence efforts aimed at gathering customer insights, ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for customers, patients, and GSK.

Basic qualifications:

    A pharmacist is a must, with valid SHCC.
    3 or more years of experience in Saudi Pharma industry.
    Proven track of successful performance.

Preferred qualifications:

    Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.
    Preferred to have 1 or more years of experience in marketing role ‘’permanent or assignment role ‘or 1 year experience as VAM/SAM/KAM.
    Experience in Respiratory is considered a plus.
    Master level degree in Sales and marketing is considered a plus.

    Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    Demonstrate strong project management and problem-solving capabilities. Have a good understanding of customer insights and campaign development.
    Exhibit proficiency in strategic marketing competencies.

    Competent in thriving within a multicultural environment.
    Display high resilience and agility.

The school is accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and as a British School Overseas (BSO). BISR is also a member of the British Schools of the Middle East (BSME), the Association of British Schools Overseas (AoBSO), the Heads Conference (HMC) and the Council of British International Schools (COBIS). The school follows the English curriculum, greatly enriched by the local and international context. Learning is holistic, supported by a broad co-curricular programme, encompassing extra-curricular activities, student leadership, service learning and residential trips. Strong pastoral care supports student well-being.

We are seeking an experienced Data Helpdesk Analyst to support the school with collecting, recording and analysing large data sets to help teachers and leaders make informed decisions. As a forward thinking team in a growing multi-site organisation the post holder will have a key role in identifying new data processes and procedures to improve the Data team’s service delivery.

Standard working hours will normally be from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, 5 days a week – Sunday to Thursday during term time, however, due to the nature of the role and requirements a high level of flexibility and commitment is required, sometimes working outside of the standard hours, with some work activities requiring completion during the School holidays.

The successful candidate will:

 

    Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.

    Show evidence of related experience within a large establishment. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.

    Be proactive in their approach to dealing with interactions with external and internal enquires in line with the school’s expected high standards;

    Hold a relevant procurement qualification.

    Go the extra mile, including working outside of standard school hours, ensuring service level delivery is met;

    Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams;

    Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto

    Have KSA residency status

Teachers who work at BISR should have:

Qualifications

    Qualified Teacher status.
    Certificate of Education - PGCE or B.Ed.
    Training or qualification relevant to the post.

Understanding

    An appreciation of the demands of a British school in an international context.
    Recognise the vital importance of a positive commitment to the co-curricular life of the school.
    An appreciation of the importance of intercultural understanding and cultural sensitivity.
    Recognise the responsibility each individual staff member has in supporting the holistic growth and well-being of students.

Experience

    Experience of working in various contexts both in the UK and internationally.
    Experience of teaching within a Key Stage or subject.
    Experience of positive behaviour management strategies.
    Experience of planning for children with a range of learning needs, including extremely able students.
    Experience of curriculum development, monitoring and assessment.
    Experience of working with second language students or prepared to undertake training.

Skills and Abilities

    A detailed knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
    Ability to organise a stimulating learning environment and demonstrate excellent creative teaching skills.
    Willingness to collaborate with colleagues in preparing for learning and teaching.
    Good organisation of recording and evaluating progress.
    Show good communication skills when working with pupils, parents and colleagues.
    Effective skills in managing and organising own time and directing deployment of teaching assistants.
    Good ICT skills to be effective in your job.
    An understanding of Assessment for Learning Strategies and use of this to inform future planning.
    The desire to develop knowledge of the curriculum above and below the preferred key stage or in a cross-curricular context.
