What You'll Do
Visiting the locations, communicating with employees, and knowing their concerns.
Counseling the employees and resolving their issues.
Knowing and communicating the company’s benefits and compensation programs.
Identifying the source of the issues and misunderstandings.
Completing employing details and maintaining the database.
Updating and maintaining employees' files.
Assisting in hiring new employees.
What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, HR generalist, or a similar job position.
Strong understanding and knowledge of employee policies and the UAE laws.
Ability to multitask and handle tasks according to priorities.
Outstanding communication skills.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Good counseling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Excellent active listening skills.
A sharp eye for details for accuracy.
Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
Recruitment Process and Timeline
