Role Summary: The incumbent is primarily responsible for developing retail asset products (mortgage/ personal/ auto/ margin lending/ other) assigned to him and managing their implementation through the respective sales channels (branches, DSAs). The responsibility for the assigned retail assets products development to assist sales channels achieving the approved volume, revenue and sales targets associated with the products assigned is also that of the incumbent.
Role Description: 
  • Develop and implement strategies in conjunction with the Head of Retail Assets by developing competitive schemes to achieve the agreed budget, sales and revenue targets for the products assigned to him.

  • Establish sales budget for branches and direct sales staff (DSAs) for the assigned products and continuously monitor the product performance through their achievements and through delinquencies.

  • Develop new products/ enhance existing products to cater to focussed customer bases to maximize market leadership in order to fulfil business objectives/ achieve assigned targets.

  • Provide inputs to the pricing strategies for the individual products assigned to the Head of Retail Assets and implement the approved pricing strategy.

  • Analyze portfolio behavior and trends (including competitor initiatives) to formulate retention strategies to minimize attrition and thereby help grow the retail assets portfolio.

  • Analyse the market for the products assigned to gauge customer preferences and ensure that products launched are in line with customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with all other related units to achieve the Group’s goals/ objectives with respect to retail assets products.

  • Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with the bank partners, with support from Corporate Banking for certain companies, to support product activities.

  • Review, refine, exit, develop and launch new products to maximize market share, revenues and profits in chosen segments, for the products assigned.

  • Possess a superior knowledge of the products assigned and the related risks.

  • Train all front-end and sales channels viz. branches and DSAs about the features/ characteristics of the products developed/ enhanced to promote product awareness amongst sales staff.

  • Identify related areas for professional development of self and product officers.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Bechtel and its consortium partners are excited to begin hiring the completion teams which will finalize the monumental Riyadh Metro Project (RMP), currently estimated at 94% complete. The BACS consortium, which includes Almabani General Contractors, Consolidated Contractors Company, and Siemens, is responsible for the design, construction, train cars, and signaling as well as electrification and integration of the new lines to the rest of the system. Riyadh’s population of nearly 6 million is forecast to increase to 8 million by 2030. The new metro system will meet the demands of the growing population while reducing traffic congestion and improving air quality.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:

Senior Architect will require to support he construction with Architectural solution for any issues raised in a timely manner. 

 

• Primary responsibilities include supervision of the design and engineering activities of staff on th elevated stations and is responsible for maintaining engineering process and procedures to ensure delivery of the design that fully meets customer requirements.

 

• Plans and coordinates Architectural works across the project and has full technical responsibility for review, planning, interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating the engineering assignments and activities on the project/program in liaison with the Engineering Manager. Establishes/manages the overall engineering budget, maintains ownership, and ensures execution and reviews within approved budgets.

 

• Assists Contracts & Construction teams in pre and post contract award activities such as timely delivery of design deliverables, participation in vendor pre-qualification and tender assessment activities, and provision of construction support services such as responses to technical queries, non-conformance reports and field change requests.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

 

Plans and coordinates work across the project. Has full technical responsibility for review, planning, interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating the engineering assignments, as well as activities on the project/program in liaison with the DPM / Engineering Director.

 

• Working with Contracts Department, supports the procurement processes for contracts and general work, including MAR SR review.

 

• Management and coordination of Client's Engineer to get the field changes or other residual engineering / Mockups approved.

 

• Maintaining engineering processes and procedures for effective delivery of the design management process.

 

• Supports Construction with engineering queries.

 

• Establishes the Engineering execution plan that ensures: the project/program is executed in accordance with Engineering Department Procedures; Technical Risk Assessments are comprehensive and complete; Safety Practices and Sustainability initiatives are implemented; and statutory and company specific design reviews are undertaken and are in accordance with quality assurance (QA) procedures.

 

• Facilitates obtaining internal and external stakeholder approvals; demonstrates design solutions to stakeholders addressing interests and concerns; presents designs for regulatory approval showing advocacy and adherence to requirements.

 

• Manages internal and external interfaces, including monitoring development of solutions and inclusion in design & construction documents.

 

• Supports and communicates roles, responsibilities and authorities to project team members/partners to ensure project completion in a safe manner, within budget, on schedule, and in conformance with the project requirements, appropriate standards, specifications and applicable regulatory requirements.

 

• Directs and provides technical and administrative guidance to assigned Project and/or discipline Engineers in the management of engineering projects performed by design and construction contractors, as well as technical service providers.

 

• Reviews major changes or deviations in project scope, project material quantities, and budget or schedule updates. Assists particularly with defining the change, obtaining accurate estimates of the hours involved, and recommending budget adjustment.

Job Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of experience in planning MEP projects in the construction or the contracting field. 
  • Proficient use of Primavera and Microsoft Applications.
