Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, acting as a first point of contact for clients seeking branding and promotional merchandise solutions.
• Organize and lead client visits and meetings to understand customer goals, branding plans, and promotional needs.
• Assess and document customer plans for future branding projects, budgets, and in-house marketing strategies, and update the Sales Manager accordingly.
• Present product options, provide accurate quotations, and offer samples to support clients decision-making and secure orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off of client requirements to design and production teams where needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client feedback, and interaction histories.
• Stay informed about the company's product offerings and industry trends in promotional merchandise and corporate branding.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, contract administration, and achieving set business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional attitude with high levels of integrity and drive to achieve results.
