What’s On Your Plate?

  •  Develop and optimise operational processes and technology solutions to support growth across local markets. Key focus is to work with local teams to understand operational blockers to achieving KPI's and engage with central teams to improve
  • Optimizes core operational processes to enable growth and scale with local markets
  • Scope and deliver initiatives to improve ops metrics quantified with comprehensive data analysis to measure success
  • Project manage product roll outs end to end (experiment, GTM and launch) and ensure the right processes and procedures are in place
  • Work closely with local market teams to deliver operational KPIs through operational and product initiatives
  • Build relationships across local markets and central functions to ensure local markets needs are prioritised
  •  Consistently review and identify areas of opportunity; simplfing and removing non-value adding tasks and automating store operations
  • Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes
  • Proactively communicate and where needed, create communication cadence at local level to ensure visibility of performance, initiatives and product changes

Job Purpose
To Lead and provide centralised ownership and accountability for defining and implementing unified cargo processes across the dnata network globally. Lead - Leads and defines business processes to reflect new operational and technology working methods. - Establishes and leads a team of subject matter experts with appropriate skills and representations from across the dnata global network to ensure the management of the unified processes and the solution definition and alignment reflects the One dnata vision for unification but is also reconciled with any regional requirements that may need to persist (where such requirements have been reviewed and deemed to be valid). - Streamlines plans and leads system enhancements, conceptualises and conducts system solution workshops to ensure maximum integration between existing systems without impacting the Unified Processes/Product and reducing duplication/redundant activities. - Co-ordinates with respective Vendors to ensure Product encompasses Unified Process requirements ensure testing is signed off by respective Process/Product experts (UAE & International representatives). - Monitors, coaches, and mentors the one dnata team representatives across stations and provide regular feedback. - Degree in Aviation OR Airport operations or information technology. - Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience as a Cargo Business Systems Analyst/Architect or similar roles with strengths in gathering requirements, configuration and testing. - Strong and in-depth Cargo industry knowledge in terms of systems, processes and legislations (local and international). - Active Project Management Professional certification. - Ability to quickly understand requirements and related business issues. - Results-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills. - Proven attention to detail with higher level problem solving skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for monitoring all aspect of supply chain ensuring timely delivery of shipments from the supplier to the warehouses & various destination.  The role is also responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and reporting the service provider’s performance and business KPIs.

Operations:

  • Coordinate with service provider to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments from source to destination thus meeting the business requirements.
  • Monitor order fulfillment of daily replenishments, launches, returns, deliveries and highlight any discrepancy or issue related to the orders and deliveries.
  • Ensuring that the services providers meet or exceeds the SLA and the agreed KPIs.
  • Share the forecasts of future intakes and manage the capacity of the service providers to meet our business needs.
  • Address and escalate shipment, warehouse, inventory issues and incidents such as damages, discrepancies, and delays to line manager.
  • Prepare and maintain KPI reports (WH performance, service provider performance, shipment tracking, etc.) and report to line manager on regular basis.

Financial & Standards:

  • Update the performance tracker (contract vs actual) regularly and raise the flag in case of any variance.
  • Raise PR/PO and submit billing invoices in relevant systems and make sure all payments are processed by FSSC on time.
  • Identify areas of improvements in processes to strengthen our operational excellence.
  • Responsible for maintaining a healthy stock integrity in our system Vs the physical stock by following the business processes.
  • Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
