Landmark would like to recruit a “Manager- Cyber Security”, who is specialized in Information Security Operations & Management. This position is a part of existing security team and is based out of Landmark head quarter, Dubai-UAE.
The Key Job Duties performed by “Manager – Cyber Security” include:
Security Operations & Incident Management:
• Manage central Security Operations Centre (SOC) with all security logs, incidents and associated operational procedures.
• Security event & incident Management
• Enhancement of SOC use cases & build automations.
• Deployment of threat hunting and analytics platform
• Administer & adherence to security policies and procedures
Security Product Management:
• Product Lifecycle Management (Identify, Evaluate, Design, Implementation & Management)
• Meet with Business to collect requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
• Liaise with security partner, vendor, service providers and external consultant, analysing, recommending, installing, and maintaining security products, platforms & applications.
Information Security Governance:
• Participate in update to Information Security Steering Committee (ISSC)
• Review & update of Disaster Recovery plan, policies, and procedures
• Evaluate third party contractual obligations, performance delivery and service level agreements for security contracts.
• Measure IT Security compliance vis-à-vis ISO 27001 domains for IT and Business functions and provide Security Compliance & validation report to management.
• Engage with Business, Associated Third Parties, Auditors (Internal & External) for continual improvements.
• Comply with Internal & External audit reports.
Risk Management & Data Protection
• Conduct platform security assessment & reporting.
• Conduct Application security assessment & reporting.
• Conduct regular Asset & Data Classification workshops with business unit & functions.
• Build & Manage Penetration test program.
• Manage Enterprise Vulnerability & Patch management program.
Assistance in Information Security Awareness:
• Development and roll-out of Information Security awareness program, material, online modules and manage awareness compliance.
• Conduct Information Security Awareness sessions for Executives, Business users and IT Teams.
• Conduct simulation exercise for security awareness testing (social engineering, quiz etc.)
Assistance to Security Architecture:
• Assist Enterprise Architecture Team in secure solution design (Cloud & Hybrid)
• Evaluate new security technology solutions and conduct proof of concepts.
Public
• Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to design, develop, implement, operate, and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks, and information systems.
Professional Attributes:
• Quick learner, Team player and Self-starter, Good Articulation, and Presentation skills
Educational Qualification:
Master of Computer Science (MCS), Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in the field of Computer Science/ Electronics with 12+ years relevant work experience in the information security field.
Preferred industry & technology Certification are,
• CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional (ISC2)
• CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional (ISC2)
• CISM - Certified Information Security Manager (ISACA)
• CRISC - Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (ISACA)
• Microsoft Azure Security Engineer
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Any other Cloud or Security Product Specialization or Certificate

Your Responsibilities


    Responsible to work along with the vendor/clients for Installation, configuration and Maintenance of CyberArk PAS solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP).
    Configuration of the Application Identity Manager (AIM) including the Central Provider (CP) and Application Service Credential Provider (ASCP)
    Responsible to handle Privileged User account administration for various platforms including Windows, UNIX, LDAP, Databases.
    Integrating service accounts through the AIM solution, different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and networking Devices with CyberArk
    Responsible to manage and handle SSH Key Management, and Upgrading CyberArk PAS,
    Designing and architecting PAS solution from hardware needs to Installation and configuration of the PAS solution
    CPM and PSM connector customization
    Understanding and interpreting Enterprise security standards into PAS solution
    Creating and managing Platforms, Policies and Safes.


Your Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
    3+ years of hands-on CyberArk engineering experience, supporting CyberArk in a corporate enterprise environment
    CDE certification (CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer)
    Experience in building custom connectors
    Experience with Cloud Services (e.g., AWS, Google, Azure, etc.)
    Awareness of IAM, PAM and CyberArk methodology and principles
    Sound knowledge on all CyberArk components
    Experience on Account operations like Add account, modify account, Delete account, Account Reconciliation of managed account and password verification
    Experience on Safe operation like create safe, delete safe and modify safe
    Experience on AIM, Vault upgradation and failover and failback process
    Knowledge on all kinds of reports and performance reporting (KPI/dashboard)
    Monitoring and Troubleshooting on PSM, PVWA, AIM, CCP and CPM Issues etc.
    Knowledge / experience with UNIX/Linux
    Knowledge / experience with IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities

    Work as a Cyber Threat Intel Analyst in DTS Solution – HawkEye CSOC cyber command center.
    Analyze and research known indicators, correlate events, identify malicious activity, and discover new sources to provide early warning related to a variety of Cyber threats.
    Monitor Open Source information feeds and threat actor activity to identify activity levels and indicators for Cyber threats and Cyber-attacks.
    Identify Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) threats relevant to the DTS Solution - HawkEye CSOC customer’s environment and develop relevant reports.
    Provide daily (business day) collections, reviews, analysis and filtering of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence)
    Identify and investigate malicious actors with the interest and capability to target client and its infrastructure.
    Develop and provide a Cyber Threat Intelligence Report, Monthly Report and Quarterly Report and an Annual Report.
    Reviews all current threat intelligence feeds in use, categorizes and prioritizes by relevancy.
    Provide proactive APT hunting, incident response support, and advanced analytic capabilities.
    Analyze threat information reports and intelligence summaries, trends, gaps, and methods of operation.
    Review audit logs and identify any unusual or suspect behavior.
    Initiates ad-hoc threat intelligence work parcel assignments for Tier I/II analysts and reviews/expands the SOC daily recurring activity SOP’s.
    Develops reports that can be sent for awareness to various groups and levels of leadership.
    Engage constructively in cross-functional projects designed to improve DTS Solution - HawkEye CSOC and its customers’ security postures.
    Understanding of geo-political dynamics and how they affect the wider cyber threat landscape.
    Experience using Cyber Kill Chain.
    Expertise on in using Threat Intelligence Platforms (Recorded Future, Flashpoint, Blueliv, Anomali, ThreatIQ etc.)
    Expertise in using Digital Risk Management platforms that looks for dark web activities, breaches,
    Have a curated list of important threat intel fusion across various sources
    Knowledge on dark web and accessing dark web forums, IRCs, chat groups etc.
    Knowledge on APT groups and monitoring all activities through handlers
    Curate newsletter and social media weekly posts based on weekly activities in the cyberspace.

Qualifications

    4+ years of experience on extract and disseminate open source intelligence (OSINT)
    Regional expertise as applied to threat actors
    Familiarity with alternative analysis techniques and predictive analysis methodology
    Experience with conducting intelligence investigations and familiarity with investigative tools, including Maltego, DomainTools, and VirusTotal
    Familiarity with Threat Rating Methodology
    Experience using Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs)
    Active memberships with associations across the security and intelligence community

Certifications

    Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
    SANS Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
    SANS Certified Cyber Threat Intelligence GCTI
