Description
SAIC is searching for a Program Manager for Enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance for Southwest Asia in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
We're seeking a pro-active problem solving Program Manager. When the Government is paying us for an outcome, we cannot wait for them to propose the solutions. Experience and knowledge of continual service improvement and aggressive problem solving to the front of the line!
This position is contingent upon award news in Dec 2026. We are currently interviewing to identify our future team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the overall program manager and primary point of contact for the contract to both SAIC executive leadership and the Government customer.
• Direct operations and oversee all tasks defined in the performance work statement.
• Manage both administrative and technical aspects of the program.
• Ensure compliance with all contract reporting and performance metrics.
• Coordinate In-Process Reviews, Program Management Reviews, and Contingency Operations.
Qualifications
Experience Requirements:
• Ten (10)+ years of experience managing Enterprise IT contracts and a bachelor's degree (or additional yrs of experience accepted in lieu of degree)
i.e. This program will include NIPR, SIPR, CENTRIX O&M including logistics, inside and outside plant, towers, power and HVAC, and every other aspect of operating a regional network.
• Experience running both FFP and CPFF contracts
• Previous experience running a ~$700M contract
Required Certifications:
• ITIL Foundations
• Project Management Professional certification
Required Clearance:
• Active Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
• US Citizenship
Location:
• Must be willing to work onsite in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait with 25% travel.
