We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator – Admin to support project operations in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing data efficiently, and providing general administrative assistance to the project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain various types of data in company databases and project documentation systems.
Review data for accuracy and completeness and make corrections when necessary.
Assist in the preparation and organization of project reports, documents, and files.
Maintain records of received and dispatched correspondence, including digital and physical files.
Coordinate with different departments to collect, verify, and consolidate data.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and scheduling meetings.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal data management policies.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of data management software is a plus.
Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Transferable Iqama is preferred (for candidates already in KSA).
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
