Job Title: Bobcat Operator
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Bobcat skid-steer loaders (and attachments like buckets, augers, forks, or graders) for Excavation, trenching, and backfilling Loading/unloading materials (gravel, sand, debris) , Grading and leveling terrain, Snow removal (if applicable)
- Conduct pre-start inspections (checking fluids, tires, hydraulics, safety systems).
- Perform basic maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, minor repairs) and report major issues to mechanics.
- Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions for accurate earthmoving.
- Coordinate with dump trucks, excavators, and laborers for efficient material transport.
- Ensure work area is clear of obstacles/personnel before operation.
- Log equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.
- Report downtime or operational delays to supervisors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience operating Bobcat/skid-steer loaders in construction, landscaping, or mining.
- Ability to read grade plans and follow GPS/grade control systems (if applicable).
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Physical stamina to work in dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
