Employment: Full Time
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager- Commercial & Contracts - Facility Management for one of our clients which is a leading company in Facilities Management Services.
The role is reporting to the Director BD and will be assigned responsibility for managing the day-to-day BD commercial activities, across the UAE. The Assistant Manager- Commercial & Contracts supports all aspects of the business development lifecycle from pricing through commercial finalisations by supporting specific pursuits and maintaining the infrastructure of company's business.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in Facilities Services or Construction
• Excellent knowledge of contracts costing and pricing
• Knowledge in Business development
• Excellent MS Office particularly excel proficiency
Salary:
AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
