Position Statement:
The Revenue Accounting Supervisor is responsible for providing credit card reconciliation services to hotels across the GCC that are supported by the UAE Finance Centre of Excellence (COE). The role reports to the Finance Manager.
Position Summary:
• Line managing team of Revenue Accounting Specialists (Credit Card)
• Supporting hotels joining the COE with their credit card reconciliation process
• Controlling quality of work of the Revenue Accounting Specialists (Credit Card)
• COE credit card reconciliation process improvement
• Resolve variances in credit card reconciliations with COE and hotel teams
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for credit card control accounts
• Other tasks as required by business operations

This role has 6 direct reports.

• Inquisitive by nature - willing to learn and ready to challenge the process
• Ability to work cohesively with others, both in the office and remotely with hotel Team Members
• Ability to learn multiple systems to provide support, therefore must be willing to accept new challenges
• Accounting knowledge, in particular Revenue Accounting
• Systems knowledge, in particular Navision, OnQ and Excel
Required Qualifications
• Minimum Education: High school graduate
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years managing credit card reconciliations, such as Accounts Receivable Supervisor or Credit Manager
• Line management experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Education: University graduate and/or accounting qualification
