Job Summary
The EXPORT training manager is responsible for the training of the BAs of the distributors and travel retail markets assigned, both face to face and online. They will need to travel to the markets for face-to-face trainings for the BAs and in-store market visits. They are also responsible for the assessment of the BAs. The market scope is Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.
Responsibilities
Training
Propose and align the training calendar by market (distributor & travel retail) with Head of Education.
Collaborate with the category expert training managers in UAE to ensure the standardization of the content across all the markets.
Collaborate with the sales and trade marketing managers of the EXPORT markets and travel retail, to ensure that the training is supporting the specific business needs of the market/distributor/TR customer.
Adapt the aligned content to the audience of the market (content & language).
Conduct face to face and online trainings to the BAs of the distributors and travel retail customers of the markets assigned as per the training calendar.
Travel to the markets to conduct face to face trainings & market visits.
Assess the effectiveness of the trainings with post training analysis.
Beauty Advisors assessment
Conduct market visits with the distributors and assess the in-store presence of the BAs, grooming, customer interaction and overall knowledge.
Conduct written assessments remotely and technical assessments for the BAs when visiting the markets, in collaboration with the distributors.
Share the results of the assessments with the education head and internal sales managers, to take forward with the distributors/travel retail customers.
Follow up on the progress of the BAs through periodical assessments.
BA’s Motivation
Organize BA motivation activities and BA team building activities (BA iftars, team building activities, etc…)
Reporting
Maintain and deliver reports and training trackers, as per the department’s requirements.
Submit assessment reports as per department guidelines and share with key stakeholders.
Submit market visit summary reports as per department guidelines & requirements and share with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proficient in Arabic and English (written & spoken) and able to conduct trainings in both languages. Turkish is a plus.
Previous training experience in luxury beauty brand (fragrances)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and email business communication.
