Role Summary
In collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team Business Partner, the PSBP will delivery People Services across their designated region. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, coach and business partner to the management team and their associates. The successful candidate will be comfortable performing tactical work and leading change in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Remote Options: hybrid.
What You’ll Be Doing
Accountable for the successful delivery of people programs and services for their region.
Provides local operational PS services which includes but not limited to, recruitment, on & off boarding, job analysis, benefits administration, and addressing employees’ queries.
Ensures Company’s regional entities are compliant with local employment law.
Delivers meaningful talent review processes, as well as ensures the effective execution of global talent management initiatives (retention planning, succession planning, performance and calibration programs, talent development planning, etc.).
Provides coaching and consultation to the managers in their region. Recommends appropriate actions which may be significantly complex in nature and will have a significant impact to the business.
Initiates timely and appropriate discussions with ELTBP’s and regional managers regarding organization design issues within client groups and provides guidance on organization change practices and actions.
Effectively collaborates with ELTBP’s and HR COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.) when working on the development and implementation of strategies and programs to attract, develop, reward and retain exceptional talent.
Ensures effective communication strategies are in place within their region and builds two-way communication channels.
Ensures multi-location continuity in terms of HR programs, management philosophy and company culture, which in turn fosters consistent practices and thinking within the region and the organization.
Manages complex employment relations issues and provides general communications coaching to leaders. Guides leaders to have timely, critical conversations and ensures the appropriate management of conflict.
Identifies opportunities to expand and strengthen PSBP team’s role within the region.

What We’re Looking For
Candidates should have a track record of consistent success within the HR arena in an international environment, having significant tenure within a true generalist Business Partner role. Expertise from within the technology or B2B markets is desirable but not crucial, as well as a professionally recognize qualification i.e. SHRM, CIPD.
