Job Summary and Responsibilities
Responsible for control centralized hotel accounting department for the following divisions:- - Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - Financial Statement (General Ledger) Primary Responsibilities 1.Control all centralized hotel accounting processes. 1.1 Control the centralized hotel accounting processes to comply with the Company's accounting policies and procedures, rules and regulations from the Revenue Department. 1.2 Review and monitor all hotel accounting processes. 1.3 Support and solve all hotel accounting and tax problems. 1.4 Co-ordinate with external and internal auditors on accounting issues and find solutions. 2. Others 2.1 Prepare financial and accounting information for management. 2.2 Review all documents submitted by the hotel before sending to supervisor. 2.3 Other tasks requested by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting. Good knowledge of accounting and least 5-8 years of experience in accounting, with 3 years at a managerial level. Experienced in hotel business. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Fluent communication in written and spoken English. Basic computer skills: Ms Word, MS Excel and Navision.
