Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Business Development Executive to be based in the DGF - Industrial Projects. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the commercial development of IP divisions new and existing businesses in EPC, IOC, O&G, Power & Renewables sectors by cultivating and maintaining long term relationships in order to gain and maximize sales opportunities for the Dubai Hub. He/She will also develop and manage a portfolio of IP specific customers with the objective to secure growth through new client and segment/vertical development across all products of DHL.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for contributing up to 5 to 7.5% of annual IP P&L Revenue and Gross Profit
Responsible for development of new ad hoc and contractual clients in EPC, O&G, Drilling, Power and Renewables sectors
Lead as Bid Owner to provide subject matter expert advice while collaborating and synergizing with the Global IP network and local pricing to develop best in class Technical & Commercial Solutions design for Tenders.
Lead as business owner in directing and ensuring proper operational handover in the implementation phase to meet customer expectations (SLA's & SOP's)
Support the Commercial manager in the progress of RFQ’s and customer implementations with new and existing customers to ensure a deep understanding of our customers’ expectations and operational requirements are achieved.
Take full ownership as primary contact for Escalation management and resolution
Conduct Monthly Business Review Meetings with clients using company’s formats and data analytical tools or platforms such as DHLi
Job Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
International Logistics and Supply Chain Management
System proficiency – Global Transport Management, Warehouse Management
Business Analytics – Power Bi, Q-link
Commercial and Business Development
Networking along with Strong communication and presentation skills
Graduate or Master’s Degree
7 to 10+ Years
